Do You Provide Services Outside the USA and Canada?

No.

We currently provide satellite roof measurement services only in the United States and Canada.
Orders from other countries are not supported.

Can I Order More Than One Roof Report at a Time?

Yes.

You can order multiple properties in one checkout.
Each property address must be added separately.

Why Does My Cart Show Quantity 2 for the Same Address?

This happens when the same address is added twice.

To fix this:

  • Use the down arrow (⬇) to reduce quantity to 1

Each property should be ordered only once.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, including:

  • PayPal account

  • All major debit cards

  • All major credit cards

Can I Cancel My Order and Get a Refund?

Yes.

If your order is cancelled:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Can I Request Corrections to My Roof Report?

Yes.

You can request corrections within 3 business days after receiving the report.

Do I Need to Visit the Property for Measurement?

No.

All roof measurements are completed remotely using satellite and aerial imagery.

I Didn’t Receive My Report Email. What Should I Do?

Please check:

  • Spam or Junk folder

  • Promotions tab (Gmail users)

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Roof Report?

Delivery time depends on the option selected during checkout:

  • Regular: Up to 8 hours or less

  • Quick: 2–3 hours

  • Super Fast: Under 1 hour

Delivery starts after successful payment.
