
Cancellation & Refund Policy – PrimeVision Architectural Services

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled if:
- The report has not yet entered the processing phase
- Customer contacts us immediately after accidentally placing an order

2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
A. Customer Dissatisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your completed report, you may request a refund within 3 business days after delivery.
B. Duplicate or Incorrect Orders
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You placed a duplicate order for the same address
- You accidentally ordered with an incorrect or repeated address
- The order was placed twice due to payment errors
C. Failed Delivery
If we are unable to complete your report due to lack of available imagery or unexpected technical issues, a full refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The report has been successfully delivered and more than 3 business days have passed
- The customer provided an incorrect email or unusable property information
- The customer used the report for a third-party claim or submission before requesting a refund
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
